These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”) and any purchase of photographic prints and related products (the “Products”) offered by Michelly Rall (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
- ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
1.1 We sell fine art photographic artworks, including wildlife and landscape prints. Products may be unframed unless otherwise stated.
1.2 Many Products are made-to-order after payment is received and confirmed. Because of this, availability and production timelines may vary.
1.3 Limited edition Products may have a defined edition size. Once an edition is sold out, it will not be reprinted.
1.4 Product images on the Site are for illustration. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. - ORDERING
2.1 Placing an order
You place an order by selecting a Product, choosing available options (such as size), adding it to your cart, and completing checkout. You are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before submitting payment.
2.2 Order confirmation
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we have received your order request. We may contact you if we need additional information to fulfill your order.
2.3 Refusal or cancellation of orders
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, violates these Terms, contains pricing or listing errors, or cannot be fulfilled. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item(s). - PRICING, CURRENCY, AND PAYMENTS
3.1 Pricing
Prices are displayed on the Site and may change at any time. If a price changes after you place an order, your order will be charged at the price shown at checkout.
3.2 Currency
Prices may be displayed in one or more currencies depending on your location and settings.

Accepted payment methods will be shown at checkout. Payment must be received and confirmed before production begins.
3.4 Payment verification
We may require verification checks to prevent fraud. Orders may be delayed until verification is complete. - PRODUCTION AND FULFILLMENT
4.1 Production timeline
Most orders are produced after payment confirmation. Estimated production times may be shown on the Product page or provided after purchase. All production times are estimates.
4.2 Changes to orders
Because prints are produced to order, changes (including address updates, size changes, or cancellations) may not be possible once production has started. Contact us immediately if you need help. - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
5.1 Shipping method
Shipping methods and packaging are selected to protect the artwork during transit. Unframed prints may be shipped rolled in a protective tube or flat-packed depending on size and destination.
5.2 Delivery estimates
Delivery times vary by destination and courier. All timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5.3 Tracking
If tracking is available, we will provide tracking details once your order is dispatched.
5.4 Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These charges are your responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
5.5 Risk of loss
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. If you request rerouting, forwarding, or delivery to a third party address, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage resulting from those changes. - DAMAGED SHIPMENTS AND CLAIMS
6.1 Inspect on arrival
Please inspect your delivery as soon as possible upon arrival.
6.2 Reporting damage
If your order arrives damaged:
(a) Keep all original packaging.
(b) Take clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the artwork.
(c) Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
6.3 Resolution
If damage occurred during courier transit and your claim is submitted on time with sufficient evidence, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the damaged item. Where possible, replacement will be the same image and size. Limited edition replacement may depend on remaining availability. - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
7.1 Made-to-order policy
Because most prints are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed, except where required by law or as stated in these Terms.
7.2 Incorrect or defective items
If we sent the wrong item, or the item is defective (not including minor variations inherent to printing), contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may arrange a replacement or refund after assessment.
7.3 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
7.4 Non-returnable situations
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer remorse or change of mind for made-to-order items
- Damage caused after delivery (including improper handling, framing, installation, or environmental conditions)
- Minor color variation due to monitors or lighting
- FRAMING, HANDLING, AND CARE
8.1 Handling and care
Artwork should be handled carefully. Avoid exposure to moisture, extreme humidity, direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or display. - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 Ownership
All photographs, designs, text, and content on this Site are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
9.2 Personal use only
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use any content from this Site without our prior written permission.
9.3 No commercial reproduction
Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce the image in any form. - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of Products.
10.2 Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product. - WEBSITE USE

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, or interfere with Site functionality.
